How we are paid

On receiving a mortgage enquiry, we will discuss with you whether we are able to assist you with meeting your proposed needs and future objectives.

There is no charge for this preliminary conversation and no obligation on either side.

If you are happy to go ahead and instruct us to arrange a mortgage for you, we will charge a broker fee. A fee of typically £250 is payable on instruction/application. However, this may be up to 0.5% of the loan amount depending on your circumstances.
